This ceiling mounted chin up or pull up bar (stud bar) mounts 48” onto standard wooden studs. It comes with mounting hardware for concrete anchoring.

It can also be mounted to wood studs with additional hardware (lag bolt). You can hang the bar 12" or 22” below the ceiling for a custom fit.
